No SIP audio, despite forwarding ports?

Have been working feverishly to get a NEC SL1100 phone system going at home before installing and after getting it programmed, ran into the constant random phone call issue from hackers. Unfortunately, I have only a Cisco Linksys E4200 router at home, but did flash it with AdvancedTomato, which allowed me to accept incoming packets only from my provider (Sip.US) and forward them onto the proper ports. I can make and receive calls, but no audio either way. As you will see below, I have forwarded the ports, restarted everything and still nothing, minus solving the random hacker calls...thoughts?
