I have had an account with CallCentric for several years, but no DID. About six months ago I obtained two free incoming calls-only DIDs with NY area codes. I used them seldomly, for receiving calls. Tonight my cousin tried calling me on these numbers but he was getting a "number not reachable" error. I noticed that my softphone mobile app is also giving "Incorrect Authentication" errors. When I tried to login to my account on the CallCentric website, I received an "This account is closed." error. This is weird and very frustrating. Why would CallCentric have closed my account without any warning or notification? Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? I have had great respect for this company but I am not sure what to think now. Any suggestions? Thank you.
