[Voip.ms] VoIP.ms and TELUS Fibre

Hello, I'm on a TELUS Internet 150 connection, which offers symmetric speeds of 150 Mbps. Does anyone know or can anyone speak to the fact that TELUS' network interferes with VoIP connections? I was on Internet 50 at one point and it seemed as if the SIP calls worked quite well, but over the last few months I've been experiencing issues. Speed isn't a factor, clearly. Calls out from the devices, over the PTSN, have crystal clear voice in both directions. Calls received experience excellent incoming audio but outgoing audio is very choppy, almost sounding as if it was half duplex. Ironically, calls made internally between VoIP.ms DID's experience great 2 way audio on both incoming and outgoing calls. I am completely stumped. I've added devices to DMZ on the router, made sure SIP ALG was off, forwarded ports, etc. I have also tried multiple devices (Grandstream GXP2140 and DP750), as well as different PBX setups (XiVO, FreePBX); I have even tried making a direct connection to VoIP.ms, bypassing the PBX, and still the same issue persists. Any help would be very much appreciated.
