[PBX] Obi as extension on pbx problem

Hello: I set up 2 sp''s on my obi200: anveo retail & a extension of my pbx. Anveo is for the incoming DID and the extension is for outgoing through anveo direct. Everything worked fine. :) Then I installed the obi at a friends house and sp2 (the pbx extension) would not register. :( Is this because of fail2ban on the pbx? Thanks. Rob
