[Asterisk] Marrying Asterisk to OpenSIPS

I wish I had kept count of the number of rabbit holes I went down looking for a SIP server front end for Asterisk that would allow traveling and remote employees with dynamic IP addresses to maintain connectivity with their home office without the hassle of either constantly adjusting or dangerously relaxing the firewall protecting the Asterisk mothership. The good news is we finally found a workable solution with OpenSIPS running Debian 8 on a KVM cloud platform. It lets you maintain connectivity to your home office Asterisk extension, check your email, participate in conferences, and make and receive phone calls from anywhere with any SIP client registered to OpenSIPS. While many of you could probably have done this blindfolded, it was a painful exercise for us and I'm sure would be for others just getting started with SIP servers. So we've taken the time to document the entire process including configuration of security mechanisms with IPtables, ipset, and Fail2Ban. Finally, we've produced two tutorials and an installer that will get an OpenSIPS server up and functional in about 5 minutes. Hope it saves some of you a little pain.
