Hey All,
I'm new here, have a busienss and we have been using Anveo for 4 years now, have a few users and a few sip desk phones running through it. However, the communicator is gone, and I'm not seeing any new updates to their website. I have two questions for the community:
1. How long do you think Anveo is going to be around? I worry because of their lack of existence on social media or just general communication with their customers.
2. Now that the communicator is gone, how would one actively monitor calls? I would like to be able to monitor if there are any people waiting in queue, who's on the phone, latest incoming/outoing calls, etc.
Any/all input is appreciated.
