That's right! We will be rolling out, in the upcoming weeks, a newer, modernized version of our popular voicemail service. Here are the main features that will be introduced.
1) Centralized Voicemail:
All of your voicemail will be stored in a central location accessible from anywhere. All your messages will be there for you, no matter which server you are registered with or your DID is set to.
2) Redesigned Web Interface:
A simpler, more intuitive, Web interface will allow you to manage your mailboxes with greater ease of use. Advanced options will still be available, for our more demanding customers.

What to look out for

Moving all your voicemail from each of our VoIP servers to a centralized location will be straightforward. In the event that you have been using the same mailbox on more than one server, we will choose the one that is linked to the largest number of your DIDs. If there's a tie, then we will choose the mailbox that has been most recently modified. In any event, we will have complete backups of all mailboxes, just in case.

What you may need to do

In the improbable case that you may be actively using the same mailbox on more than one of our servers, then we invite you to create as many new mailboxes as necessary, and we will gladly move any of your omitted mailboxes to their new homes.
