[How-To] Manually provision an OBi200 for CallCentric. Sources for reference material: OBIHAI downloads. CallCentric support. References: OBi200 Quick Start Guide. CallCentric OBi200/202 configuration. OBi Device Administration Guide. OBi Feature Star Codes. OBi200 Data Sheet. OBiTALK Device Management. 1. Change/Confirm the password for the main line (or extension) used by the OBi200. Each line/extension should have its own password, and it should not be the same as the password used to log in to CallCentric's web site. 2. Install and restore the OBi200 to factory default settings. This establishes a known condition and can be accomplished either via the OBi’s interactive voice response system, or via the OBi’s reset pin. Resetting via the interactive voice response system: From the phone attached to the OBi200, dial: * * * 8 Press 1 to confirm. Hang up the phone. [att=1] Resetting via the reset pin: Unplug the power cord. With a paper clip (or similar) depress the reset pin located at the bottom of the OBi. While keeping the reset pin depressed, plug-in the power cord. First, the Power LED will turn red, then become sold green. Keep depressing the reset pin while this is occurring After 10 seconds, the Power LED will start to flash green (slowly). You may now release the reset pin Within 5 seconds, the Power LED will start to flash green rapidly for about 3 seconds. Next the Power LED will change to red briefly indicating the OBi is now rebooting. 3. Confirm OBi200 is functional. From the phone attached to the OBi200, dial: * * 9 (use OBiTALK). 222 222 222# (OBiTALK Network echo test number, # tells OBi you’ve completed dialing).
