As soon as I've vetted everything to work correctly for us, I'd like to port two numbers over to my Anveo account and use them so callers could call in to either number and achieve the same results. Currently, all calls are routed to an answering system that allows the caller to choose an extension, which goes to individual mobile phones, but if the caller hits zero or does nothing, the call ends up at my Obi202 and rings a landline. I'd like to have everything set up to where if someone is already using that line, and another caller comes in to the Obi, the second line will ring (we have a two line phone).
I just don't even know where to get started with this. Any help will be very welcome!
