I have our system set up pretty well for incoming calls, with all calls coming in to the main number, then distributing to extensions for each person. However, there are two things I can't figure out, which I think are probably related.
First, I can't seem to make our outgoing caller ID show up as the phone number that's linked to our account. I've changed things around as guided in other posts on this forum, but can't seem to make it work consistently.
The other thing I'd like to be able to do is clearly identify when incoming calls are from the Anveo system. All incoming calls are being routed to individual mobile phones, so they just look like any other call. Is there a way to add some sort of prefix into the incoming caller ID to identify it as an Anveo call?
As a side note, I've also thought that I may have set everything up slightly wrong, as the call flows direct calls to individual mobile numbers, rather than separate accounts. All of our mobile phones (using Zoiper) are signed into the same Anveo account. Do I need to have separate accounts for each user, and then have the calls direct to the respective Anveo account so that the calls actually come in to Zoiper instead of the mobile number?
