Obi300 and arrynrob - CNAM? Local area code?

So I recently bought an Obi300 and installed the arrynrob firmware on it for the free google voice support. All is working well, I just would like to know if a few quality of life improvements are possible to do. Back in the mid 2000’s I had a MagicJack device and purchased a piece of software called something like GVJackApp. What this did is basically what arrynrob Is doing now, it let me plug in a cordless house phone and make/receive free google voice calls. The GVJackApp however had implemented CNAM support for true Caller ID, which I would love to get going again. I do not remember the website that the API was for, but you would prepay like $10 for CNAM lookups, which would easily last a couple years. Is there anything similar to this today? Lastly my parents (who I am setting this up for) are in the bad habit of never dialing our area code when calling. With the Obi300 on and working, if a 7 digit phone call is placed the phone line goes dead until the obi device has been rebooted. This has my father in particular about ready to throw the entire thing out of the window in frustration. Is there any way to the obi device or maybe Google themselves enter in an area code if only 7 digits are dialed? Thanks
