Even though I cannot receive a call on my cell phone (Samsung Note 4) where I live, the WF721 gives me 2 bars and is more than enough to make a high quality call.
Both the WF721 & my cell phone use the Bell Mobility network of towers.
Btw, as a promotion, the cost is $5 per month for the first year.
