I have been having all sorts of issues dialing Toll Free numbers on CallCentric lately. I was being routed to east coast support centers that were closed, account not found when calling Comcast etc. I was on a call today and the operator asked me to confirm my number in case we were disconnected and he started rambling back some Long Island area phone number. It turns out CallCentric doesn't pass your validated CID to toll free numbers. They sent me this link:

Is this a new change? I don't remember having these issues before. Maybe it is a coincidence.
