If I have a call flow "Transfer" with multiple ring destinations -- say my main Anveo ATA, and 2 SIP addresses that ring on soft phones, all for the same 15 seconds -- and "N/A" set to flow into a Press Button variable, and one of those SIP destinations is "off" or not registering, I assume the other two would ring for 15 seconds before going to the Press Button announcement, right? I'm occasionally experiencing no ringing anywhere and the call going directly to the "Press Button" and wonder if it's because one of the destinations isn't registering. At one point I had a cell phone in the ring destination mix too and realized when the cell phone was off or out of range the cell phone VM would catch the call before it got to the Press Button IVR. But with the mobile removed from the ring destinations, I'm stumped on why some calls don't ring at all.
Any ideas?
