I've been using Sam's (amazingly low-priced) CircleNet for outbound calls on 4 Obihai ATAs at my house, my folks, a kid's, and a low-volume small office, as well as a couple of softphones, with differing sub-accts (and CIDs) for each. With Sam's announcement on this forum that CircleNet is "backing away from retail VOIP," I -- and others -- will soon need to find something new.
Localphone seems to be the next lowest at 0.5 cents/min outbound. Anveo Direct, where I have a couple of DIDs I point to my Anveo Retail inbound SIP trunks, is 0.4¢ outbound, but I don't possess the technical expertise to make Anveo Direct work with an ATA. Wholesalers like Alcazar and (Localphone big brother) Voxbeam don't want to mess with someone as low volume as me. Everything else seems to be in the 0.8-1.0 cent range: Anveo, voip.ms, Flowroute, Callwithus, etc. (DIDlogic is 0.69¢).
Local phone is fine, but they don't seem to have anything like subaccounts so I think I'll have to set up separate accounts to get the needed different CIDs.
Any other suggestions for half-cent and below outbound for someone smalltime who has a chatty mom but nothing resembling a call-center?
