[Future9] The number you have dialed is unallocated...

Future9 is a pain when it works it works. When it doesn't it is impossible to reach anyone. I have sent messages, I have called the unlisted number and left a message. My number is still broken. Nizan or whatever your name is where are you? It seems like this place is run by 1 person who only takes messages but there is no way to escalate anything. I like the prices and the service most of the time but when it goes down I miss many calls for days. There is no real tech support so I just wait. Maybe one day he will fix the problem. There is no prorated credit when it goes down either. I am seriously thinking about switching. There should at least be an on site bulletin board or forum so people could communicate with this guy or as a community have some therapy when things are down. I am completely in the dark with no idea if its being worked on or if there is an ETA or anything. I am just missing 100% of my calls. I don't really get why this service should ever go down. Is there no redundant anything? Also you have to prepay everything so if there is a problem you have already paid Nitan is covered but not you. Maybe I will just do a chargeback on my card and be done with it. The service is terrible when there is a problem.
