For the other three users on here that have Voicepulse, I received an email this afternoon about being migrated to their new control panel as well as letting me know that they are shipping a new adapter. This line was set up for my folks years ago and my father told me this afternoon someone called to talk about some sort of upgrade (likely about shipping the adapter). I wish they handled this stuff through email. Does anyone have access to the new control panel? I am still locked out so maybe I need the new adapter. Any new features? Seems they will now support IP phones directly. Any benefits with this new adapter? Better quality codec support? Email is below:
