[Voip.ms] Help me understand.

4 days a go one of my customers complaint that his line was not working. A few days later I open a ticket with voip.ms, voip.ms was able to verify that the number has issues. They ask me if the number was been ported out and I told them that no it was not. 1 day later and my customer still unable to use the phone. And all I got from voip.ms was that they are waiting on the carrier... He cant make calls nor receive.... voip.ms still have not gave me an explanation of what is going on...
