[Anveo] Prblem with Anveo billing?

I am trying to add funds to my Anveo account. When I am logged into my account, I click on "Add Funds" under "My Account" ... and nothing happens. I just get a spinning cursor, which eventually times out. I have tried on different browsers and also tried on a different computer (which was on a different network) - no dice. Is something going on at Anveo's end? Or am I missing some important step?
