[General] One-Click Dialing for VoIP ATA's

I wrote a simple dialing app for Google Voice contacts. The csvDial app allows you to quickly search by name or number to find who you're calling. Then click it and pick up the phone. Or pick up then click if that's more intuitive. It uses a modem. The dial-up modem is only used to dial the number at which point it shuts off. Connections: The phone connects to modem "Phone" port. Modem "Line" connects to ATA phone port. Note: If the modem only has one port (like a laptop PC), use a splitter so you have two ports. csvDial App: Download and extract the files (three) into a directory like C:\csvDial on a Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 PC. Export your Google contacts and save the CSV file in the same directory (or anywhere). Edit the csvDial.ini file to adjust the settings then run the app. Type part of what is unique about the contact (name, number, etc) and it will quickly home in. Then click it and talk. Notes: If the PC is not powered on, you can still dial manually (normal) and still receive calls. No internet connection is required on the PC. I tested my csvDial app with up to 5000 contacts! On a slow PC it was still quick to find any contact. Works for native GV on an Obi as well as Asterisk with an old Vonage box. Will also accept typed in letters then dial it correctly: 1800get-voip > 18004388647 (not a real number.) Contact lookup is much faster than my Obi IP phone (no comparison). I've been using csvDial a couple weeks and wow, what a difference. It's like a smart phone now.
