I recently signed up with Callcentric & used Obi's wizard, as directed by Callcentric, to get my new VOIP operational.
There are two problems with my system which Callcentric says are do to problems with the Obi :
1.) To access the CC Voicemail box, one must dial *123. But only the last digit, 3, is arriving at CC.
2.) When I call to my CC number (now actually my landline ported number) from my cell phone, my phone does not ring but the call goes directly to CC Voicemail. All other inbound Cellphone callers come thru OK.
Obi support has had me power cycle the Obi and my Linksys router but the problems still exist. I have passed on to Obi support information provided by CC and am awaiting a response from Obi.
On the ObiTalk forum it was suggested that problems could be do to the Obi200 "configuration". I don't understand why Obi can't do the necessary "configurations"!
Can anyone suggest a simple solution? I am not very computer literate, especially with software "configurations".
