I've main account and subaccount linked to the same Anveo DID. They are configured to ring simultaneously on receiving calls. Each has a Callflow assigned, configured to save voicemail to its own separate mailbox.
However, when a call is not answered by any phone, it goes each time to the mallbox of the main acc, even when rejected from the subaccount phone, while the main account phone is not registered at that time. So despite the voicemail is left, subaccount's MWI doesn't show it, and it can't be checked with *97, also no email notification.
Why this happens, and how a voicemail can be left in the subaccount's mailbox? I tried instead to configure a common mailbox for the sub and main accs, but it says the Common Mailbox feature is not available on my subscription plan. On what plans its offered?
