I've got some customers who have routine incoming call volume, with periodic insane bursts (think radio station contests). Upwards of tens of thousands of incoming attempts all at once. Current VoIP provider can't handle the volume. In POTS land, this was done with specially engineered exchanges. Looking for help on a VoIP provider who could designate a max number of POTS trunks (say 6 or 12) and reject calls beyond that without experiencing DOS. Any ideas?
