[CallCentric] Callcentric Call Treatments not working

I want to route calls to a specific extension to VM or a Busy. When I call the extension it rings and doesn't go to VM I have Call Treatments turned on in Preferences This is the definition: One Destination is selected Voice Mail is selected Any Caller ID is selected This Number is selected under Called Number Extension 1777xxxxxxx104 is selected Any Status is selected Dates Sun 12:00AM thru Sat 11:59PM I moved this Call Treatment to 1st in the list and the On/Off symbol is green I then turned off all other Call Treatments I have 2 softphones registered as 1777xxxxxxx101 and 1777xxxxxxx104 When I call 1777xxxxxxx104 from 1777xxxxxxx101 it rings and doesn't go to VM I tried calling 104 with the same result I have an IP Freedom account I've done this before and I don't know what I'm doing wrong Any help will be appreciated Thanks
