It appears that VOIPo has been down for at least 15 minutes as both my home phone and American Legion post phone cannot connect with our Obi ATAs.
1404 CDT: ATA is back in sync but cannot complete calls into either phone. Getting all ckts busy recording.
1410 CDT: Now recording says rejected by the service provider reason 487.
1417 CDT: Still down as above.
1426 CDT: Still down as above.
1439 CDT: Still down as above. This is becoming a substantial outage.
1454 CDT: Still down as above.
1522 CDT: Still down as above.
1535 CDT: Appears they got it up.
