Over the last couple of years, I have intermittent problems with calls from ATT wireless to my NYC DID. Calls suddenly drop. Lately, it's getting worse. Calls from the same number to my Localphone DIDs or to my TMUS cellphone work flawlessly.
I decided to complain to CC CS. As a response I got a recommendation to update my Obi (????!!!) and some generic nonsense about routers and SIP ALG and what else( I have a ATT Pace gateway with proper settings works with no issues). When I replied and asked why should I do a potentially risky ATA update when the ATA otherwise works flawlessly EXCEPT for the above mentioned incoming calls to CC DID I received a basically rude response basically telling me to do all that nonsense they put together otherwise they would not bother any further.
Is this the Callcentric I have been recommending? If they do not want to have small customers please just say so.
