I hope this finds those who are still Teleblend customers as notice that the end has come.
Those of you who were SunRocket VoIP customers nine years ago would remember Teleblend because they essentially took over what was left of SunRocket after the abrupt closure.
At first, Teleblend did a pretty good job picking up from where SunRocket ended. Myself and many thousands of others stayed on the Teleblend boat until it started leaking and gradually sinking. Customer service has been non-existent for probably three or four years. That was okay with me so long as my phone was still ringing. Well, my phone stopped ringing about two weeks ago. I didn't realize it until a client called my cell phone to tell me.
I can't access three months of voice mails. The back office is a disaster to navigate. I can't even forward my calls to another number. This is worse than when SunRocket suddenly stopped operating. Thus my reference of Teleblend being on it's last toes because the legs were gone a long time ago.
I'm pretty sure I'm among last dozen or so customers left. I'm porting to RingCentral where I won't have to worry about my phone company going belly up (at least for the time being). After going over all the RingCentral features, I should have ported over years ago. It's like night and day. Amazing number of features and incredible customer support.
Thanks for the ride Teleblend, but I'm getting off.
