What the heck is with Voip.ms? We have had intermittent issues with outbound calls not completing, inbound calls dropping and SIP Transfers failing since whatever fiasco they had on December 13 (a vague and incomplete description of that is on their issue tracker). It has gotten especially bad over the past week. Yesterday they had their complete outbound call outage. Glad they fixed that, but today more calls are still dropping than completing. Is anyone else experiencing this or am I and my customers crazy?
After numerous tickets and live chats … nothing. Yet I can duplicate the problem 75% of the time by calling my own cell phone and Verizon land line. And I have customers screaming at me (and they have every right to).
This is an urgent situation for us, yet after 10 years with them, I am once again getting the feeling I used to have long ago that Voip.ms just doesn't give a sh*t. Live chat reps just keep opening tickets and make me try to prove this is happening over and over and over again. I thought we were beyond that.
Sorry, but there is no place else to vent but here - and hopefully Steve will see this and make sure this gets fixed already. And before Monday.
