[Equipment] obi 110 cannot update SP1 using internal web interface

I have Obi110 that had been working fine as FXO and FXS device. HardwareVersion 3.4 SoftwareVersion 1.3.0 (Build: 2824) Now the changes I make using the internal web interface to the SP1 do not get saved after reboot. Is this due to the expired support? FXO is working fine. SP2 is also connecting fine.
