Unfortunately my cell phone died and i had to get a new one. After reloading the Zadarma application it says " inactive" . Since then I am going through worthless chat with half a day response time, trouble ticket with 1 day response time for every e-mail, phone support where you need 3 days to get someone on the line who cannot help you and contradictory advise. I am giving it 48 hours and will ask for the refund of my balance, see how that works.
I was definitely too optimistic about them.
