[CallCentric] SPAM scoring using CNAM data

My service provider, CallCentric, provides a combination of tools that do a relatively good job of helping to contain telemarketers. TrueCNAM is one of the tools utilized. However, notwithstanding unpredictable spoofed number calls outside of my local calling area, the overwhelming majority of the telemarketing calls that do get through generally fall into one of two categories; A) The CNAM data displays a US City/State or B) the word UNAVAILABLE is included in the CNAM data. Both of these calls appear to get a TrueSpam score that places it in the "Low" probability category. As a result, I have asked TrueCNAM and CallCentric if it would be efficient and feasible to parse the CNAM field to look for one of 50+ State/Territory suffixes and the word UNAVAILABLE to be considered in the TrueSpam score and/or other scoring algorithms utilized by CallCentric. Thoughts? Feedback? Thanks.
