Hi folks,
I have an issue I've been talking with voip.ms support for a while now, and that's blocked calls using their callerid filter. Occasionally it would let slip past a blocked number and I would hear it ring and see it's a blocked 8** number. They tried to tell me it's my SPA and to check the logs there, but I checked the logs of my SPA and didn't find any information on those numbers leaking through and told them.
Next they tell me "No, you won't be able to see those incoming calls on your SPA since they are being blocked within our system so you won't find the logs for those calls on your Cisco box" Basically they keep telling me my callerid filter worked and they see it blocked on their end.
2 months ago when this started, it's been the same 8** number as well as another, even though they're blocked, calling, getting past the callerid filter.
