Hi:
i need help in completing payment process in signing up for Cloud Phone , as i have a credit card with billing address that is outside of the U.S.A and the server is not accepting my credit ,,could somebody please advise .
so the problem is the billing address of my credit card .
my target in Cloud phone is :
1. I want to keep my Voxox number.
2. I want to be able to call Ksa , USA with very low rate.
3. I want to keep and recover my whatsapp which assigned with my voxox number.
4. I want to be able to send SMS internationally.
please advise if there is another provider can give me the ability to pay with my credit card to sign up with Cloud phone ,,
any body from this forum faced like this situation ,, what solution he got ??
