So I posted on the Windstream forums here on DSLReports that I was going to have an ISDN PRI connection set up so I could integrate an MICB board (basically a conference bridge TDM-based) with a PRI and have one number use up 23 channels and I could start a private conference.
Unfortunately, since I live in an apartment, things have been quite difficult. Had it not been for a broker who negotiated with Windstream Enterprises and told them my situation (I have had to lie to another one, saying that I needed a BRI for audio productions, which was NOT the case.) and he said that most carriers aren't willing to serve residential locations, let alone an apartment unit but he tried. I thank him for his help to potential customers.
However, negotiations with the HOA and myself to get the service installed fell through, with the HOA being quite pissed with me that, "Oh, this would create a liability and we don't want you or your equipment (I assume an HDSL router) connected to our electricity" and this and that. So I had to talk to the project manager and tell them the situation. I felt bad for the technician from AT&T Business who came over to our place and tried to install a T1 line but I didn't want to risk getting expelled from our unit.
Other than that, here's something that I want to ask.
I have an NTAK09 card. Would that be used to interact a FreePBX setup that has a T1 PCI card?
What would be a good carrier for this type of situation?
I also have a Callpilot 201i (basically a voicemail box server, with the keycodes and everything!). Can that be used for recorded announcements? For examples, if 22 channels are used, can I use the remaining voice channel to send to the Callpilot for the recorded announcements?

I got the Meridian 1 for cheap at a surplus sale. With the keycodes.
