test acrobits in IOS12, works well if turning on push notification, otherwise will lost incoming calls, but doesn't support sip messaging, which almost same as cellphone's SMS. however, acrobits android version support SIP messaging, very easy to send/receive SMS to/from cellphone by message icon in app.
Please note this if you wish softphone as cellphone's alternative
