I'm looking to give up my Spectrum cable phone and going to GV w/OBi200 & Concentric (for 911). If you have had this setup for a while would you do it again? Is call quality very good? How about down time/outages? Features seem to be good. Any regrets? I'm concerned with the fact GV provides NO support.
I'll need to port my home (cable) phone number over to GV. Plan is to add a line to my cell plan on an old cell phone I have and port to that. Then from there (Consumer Cellular) to GV. Any issue I need to plan on?
Just been looking for OBi200 sale like the one that Newegg.com had a while ago. Hope to find one this Xmas season.
I already have a GV number on my cell but never use it and it's not the number I want to port.
Can the OBi200 power all the phones (7) in my house on the lines I'm using now?
