I recently switched to an Obi200 from an Obi100. I used Voice Gateways with the Obi100 for call termination =constantly= but can't seem to get it working on the Obi200.
On the Obi100 SP1 was typically some variant of a Google Voice trunk (first native GV as facilitated by Obi; then the Simonics Gateway; then PYGoogle callback). SP2 was typically a friend's Asterisk box. Then I would set up any or all of SP3, SP4, SP6, SP7 and SP8 as terminating Voice Gateways with different VoIP providers. The attached image shows an example of using Callwithus as a VG (VG7, triggered by "**7") on the 100 (populated userID and password deleted from the image). That worked just fine: I'd dial, for example, **7 1 NXXNXXXXXX and the call would route over Callwithus and terminate just fine.
On the Obi200 I have set up SP1 as Google Voice using arrynrob7; SP2 is the same friend's PBX as was the case on the Obi100; SP3 is my local Dockstar IncrediblePBX installation; and SP4 is a cloud PBX that I use as a sandbox.
Why won't the same mechanic work with the Obi200? Why -- if I configure SP7 on the Obi200 exactly as above, with SP2 being the same provider using the same credentials was the case with the OBi100 -- won't it work? (Set aside the fact that SP3 and SP4 are now full-blown service providers, and therefore cant be used as VGs. I know that and am not trying that...)
When set up as described, when I dial **7 I immediately get a busy signal after dialing the next digit. Has some syntax changed?
