[General] Alternative to voip.ms - Suggestions?

I've been with voip.ms for prob 3 years now, and haven't been unhappy at all. However, I'm really wanting a HD voice codec and they don't have it, and though I've asked a few times, no ETA on getting it. What options are there similar to voip.ms? I use their pay as you go service, we have a fax service with them, and I think 3 phone numbers. Probably 10 sub accounts (just home and work from home use, hence pay as you go) We may spend 70-100 a year with them, something like that. I'd really like something with call recording built in, if that's an option. My main phones are a cisco 8841 sip phone and cisco spa525g, but we have a soft phone, a siemens gigaset device, and a snom phone somewhere... we do use extension to extension dialing a lot, transfer, 3 way, conference. Voicemail as audio attachments are fine, I'm not in need of transcription to text. Rarely call international, but like having it as an option. if I missed something, let me know... Been a while since I looked at voip providers. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. :)
