Obi200 custom dial plan stopped working

SP1 is Google Voice, SP2 is Callcentric. I had things set up so that outgoing 800 # (and 888, etc.) calls went through SP2, along with 911/933, while everything else went through SP1. Suddenly, this has quit working, with everything going through SP1 -- except that 933 (and presumably 911) still goes to SP2. So of course I checked my settings, but according to the Obi, nothing has changed! It's just, I guess, ignoring the dial plan. Specifically, the setting is Physical Interfaces > PHONE1 Port > PHONE Port > OutboundCallRoute, and it looks like this: {(911|933|18(00|88|77|66|55|44|33)xx.):sp2},{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<##:>):li},{(<**70:>(Mli)):li},{(<**82:>(Mbt2)):bt2},{(<**81:>(Mbt)):bt},{(<**8:>(Mbt)):bt},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**3:>(Msp3)):sp3},{(<**4:>(Msp4)):sp4},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli} I don't greatly mind 800 # calls going out via GV -- I did this because I was having issues with GV at the time, and thought CC might be more stable, but GV hasn't been bad lately -- but it would be nice to know what's going on here.
