Recently I noticed that NoMoRobo did not seem to be intercepting any calls (not even from phone numbers that the NoMoRobo web site listed as known robo-callers).
I found that they had changed the phone number used for my VoIP supplier. I had to disable the simultaneous ring feature in the VoIP setup, then disable and test the connection from the NoMoRobo control panel, Then I re-enable the NoMoRobo service in their control panel (the only way I could find to get the current phone number to use), re-enable simultaneous calling for the new phone number in the VoIP setup, then test the connection in the NoMoRobo control panel.
I really pissed me off that I was not notified of the phone number change, and that the procedure to get the new phone number was so convoluted.
