Thanks to the excellent article on the link below, I was successfully able to call using my IP phone to use my Obi202 as a bridge to make and receive GV calls.

Now comes the next part of what I am trying to do. I have a second IP Dect phone that I also want to connect to the same Obi-GV connection and use it to make outgoing GV calls. Is that possible?
