Have you noticed that a lot of VOIP numbers aren't accepted for callback verification? I've been using Textnow and its been great (as long as you don't expect too much for free) but often its not accepted. Like today I tried setting up a new Google account. Gave them my Textnow number for a textback verification but they didn't accept it. Its failed on other services too. For people that don't need a monthly service this is a real problem and its probably going to get worse and worse. How do you know if the VOIP service you get is going to be considered a real number?
