I'm looking at switching my small business over from POTS to VOIP and am just learning about VOIP really. We have 3 1-800 numbers and around 10 phones. We don't really need a complicated PBX so I'm hoping to just use a simple IVR menu that is hosted with whatever provider we choose, rather than needing hardware on site for that. Is there a guide somewhere or just a general thought of which providers are considered some of the most reliable? I don't want to penny pinch on something if it is going to be flaky -- I want something that can be reliable for business purposes. Thanks.
