Am I crazy?
If I dial 1-213-458-7977 using F9 VOIP it is some kind of scam line.
BUT
if I dial 1-213-458-7977 using my ATT cell it works and takes it to the SKYPE line for a meeting I was attending?
I have no idea what is going on here?
