I need a VOIP company that stores caller ID incoming numbers even when they don't leave a message (which is typically retrieved by pushing 5 during the message). Think of a typical cell phone. When its on it stores unanswered calls. But if its off? Probably not. Same with a landline though a landline is never "off". But if it was unplugged for a day it wouldn't show you the people that called and didn't leave a message.
Anyway I was wondering if this is a common or uncommon feature with most VOIP companies today. Many people are still hesitant in leaving a message even in this day and age. So this is really important if you need to know who called. And most don't mind you returned their call because they did call you first after all.
