Ive had an obi202 for almost a year now using both ports for GV. almost the full year i have not received a single telemarketer call.
Now out of the blue i am receiving strange calls from "simple sip".. never leaves a message. odd hours. between 1 & 2am.
checked google voice history. Nothing.
The only thing that has recently changed is i signed up for the anveo service so i can dial emergency if i have too. Checked call history there as well in anveos account page...Nothing.
Tried calling & get a generic google intercept with no switch or error code so it doesn't seem the call even makes it out of googles gates.
Also odd because of my configuration that an autodialer would make it to this extension. Both lines are set to be grabbed by an auto attendant that gives option for directory search, Dialing the station directly or hitting 0 for operator (which is this station) but there is no time out transfer if it gets no response. it just repeats and disconnects. so its as if someone is actually pressing 0.
Anyone have an experience or insight with this?
