Number Porting Confrimation?

I am trying to help a friend port their AT&T number over to their new Anveo service. I submitted the Porting Authorization Form and phone bill about three business (5 calendar days) ago. How do I check if the porting request was rec'd? In the past a porting request has generated a "low priority" support ticket - haven't seen that yet on this account. (When I submitted another port request to Anveo for another friend in November (two months ago) the support ticket was generated the same day...) I don't want to mess this up for them! Should I re-submit the request? Thanks BTW, my own Anveo service has been great!
