Good afternoon. Here at my office, I use 3cx, and Callcentric. I have Callcentric's spam call blocker enabled, and it works properly. Validated calls go to one destination, my 3cx PBX.
This is the exact same scenario at the business across the street. That works properly too.
Another user has 2 Yealink phones, setup as extensions in Callcentric's system.
A call treatment is in place to state that when a call comes to (number). Ring Extension 100 and 101. This works.
If you then enable the Spam Blocker on said rule for (number) only extension 100 rings. It effectively kills the ring group.
Does anyone have any information on this, as I'd like to have this feature for the user.
