I am ready to move my parents' lines to a VOIP service, but I am not really sure what the best option is for them.
1) They have 2 lines at home and 2 lines in their office (small business)
2) They will port all 4 lines to whatever service they use.
3) They use between 150 - 250 minutes on each line.
4) They need E911 at both locations (home and office)
5) They make calls only within the US.
6) I will install an obi adapter at their home and office.
I was looking at Anveo, as their Obi promotion seemed really good: $3.33/mo for 333 outgoing minutes, free incoming, E911 included. The only thing that really stings with Anveo is the $15 line port fee for each line.
Voip.ms seems to have the cheapest per minute rates and free line porting, but they charge for incoming calls and after adding E911, i think it will cost more than Anveo.
Callcentric seems to be the most expensive option.
What do you guys think is the best option here? I could even see getting E911 service from one provider and a calling plan from another if that works out better.
