[Equipment] Totally nuke used Polycoms

I generally love the Polycoms (personally I still use a IP 550), but we deal with used units often, or go into a location where the customer already has a dozen or more phones that need to be paved and nuked. What I'm finding is that sometimes some settings seem to "stick", even after a factory reset via the web UI. Ditto on digging into the menu and individually erasing web, local and network config. Is there a foolproof way to totally wipe these things clean that doesn't require more than a minute or two per phone? Doing a full formatting of flash is SLOW. Also tried setting the boot server w/DHCP and it's great for new phones, but again, used is totally hit or miss.
